  • talk about the issue/s you may want to bring to coaching

Taster package

Step Two: Taster Package

For your next step, I offer a Taster Package of two one-hour sessions at the reduced price of £99. Some clients find they get what they need in the 30-day period of these two sessions.

Before Session One I will ask you to complete one or more simple forms to give me more information about your life and the topics you want to work on.

During Session One, with my support, you will decide on your main objective or goal, plan your strategy and time scale, and set yourself some achievable tasks that will help you move forward.

At Session Two we will review your "homework" assignments, how well you succeeded and what, if anything, got in your way. Then you'll decide your next goal or objective and again set yourself tasks and challenges. For a 30-day period, you will have my support by email. And there is no obligation to book further sessions unless you wish to do so.

Step Three: Following up in the longer term

Most clients follow up their two Taster Sessions with a series of fortnightly appointments.

You may decide to work consistently on one major goal or challenge. Or you may change from session to session to work on different topics, going with the flow of whatever is happening in your life.

The important thing about coaching is that as the client, you are in charge of all your decisions, actions and the changes you make. I believe you already have all the resources you need to get to where you want to be. All I do as a coach is help you tap into your strengths, have faith in your own wisdom and appreciate how your existing resources can work so powerfully for you. You will be surprised and pleased at the speed of the results.
